SELECTION

Our selection process starts following an interview to identify the skills you require. Unlike many staffing companies we put great effort into understanding your requirements as well as your project. At PCS we engage a specialist from our Knowledge Pool who has relevant experience in this area to gain an in-depth understanding of your project after signing necessary non-disclosure agreements. If possible, we obtain extensive overview as well as more specific documentation to aid the consultant recommended by us and selected by you, before commencing work. To match you with the right consultant we carry out the following steps.

Step 1: Personal evaluation
This is based on questionnaires designed by top companies and academic institutes. Based on your requirements, we evaluate the team playing attributes, leadership and entrepreneurial qualities, creativity, time management, self-discipline and planning skills of the consultant.

Step 2: Technical Evaluation
If successful at Step 1, we conduct a Technical Evaluation, based on your skill requirements. We evaluate the specific as well as related skills required. For example, if you need a Web Services Architect, we analyze related skills such as COBRA, UML, JAVA, C++, SOAP, SQL, COM, Database Modeling, Rational Rose, ERStudio to ensure the person can guide the team and lead the architecture with all of the necessary skills.

Step 3: Project Experience
The consultant's experience and responsibilities within specific projects are assessed. The specialist in our team who has developed an in-depth understanding of your project conducts this assessment. Once the project evaluation is completed, we train the selected consultant on all aspects of your project.

We then arrange for you to interview the consultant.

Induction of a new team member can be time-consuming. Your time is valuable. Therefore, we aim to provide you with an appropriate consultant for your project able to fit into the team immediately.
